Workshop Description:
Have you wondered if your creative talent was more than a hobby? Do you feel like your talent is meant for a purpose that is bigger than you? Are you wondering how to hone this talent and prepare for the opportunities that may come in the future?
Creative Gifts as Tools for Ministry addressed these exact questions. This workshop was facilitated for the Haitian Youth Federation of the Allegheny East Conference and featured interactive exercises, a panel, and intercessory prayer for the youth the volunteer organization serves.
Participants shared biblical examples of creativity in ministry and discussed their personal experiences as creatives, including challenges and growth opportunities. The workshop concluded with emphasis on developing one's relationship with God while practicing creative gifts, encouraging attendees to use their talents for worship and ministry.
